“Délai de livraison pas respecté et en plus je dois repayer car le livreur s’est présené il n’a pas sonné et à envoyer un message pour dire que le colis ne rentrait pas dans la boîte aux lettres ce matin. Bref nous sommes le 10/01/2025 toujours pas de colis et toujours n me demande de repayer 2.92€ pour une livraison dans 3 jours. Plus jamais je rachète sur ce site”

“The warmth of this hat is impressive for its size and weight, but that’s where the compliments end. This hat is **absurdly tiny**. When fully unrolled, it barely covers the tops of my ears—think wool swimming cap rather than a functional beanie. It's so small that I've decided to pass it along to my niece's four-year-old son.”

“I ordered a size 12 UK, but a size 46 EU arrived, which is a size 11 UK. On checking the website closely, it seems I have been sent the product I ordered, but Giesswein is incorrectly selling 46 EU sizes as 12 UK sizes. The slippers are too small for me to wear. They are a little tight, which I expect would improve with wear. But the hole to fit my foot through is too small and is pinching my ankle. Since the size of this hole is restricted by the rope inside, I don't think it will improve over time. It's incredibly disappointing as the slippers are otherwise incredibly comfortable and seem like they would finally solve my issues with oversensitive nerve endings that make footwear with less padding very painful to wear.”

“I placed an order on the 27 December with Giesswein and had a immediate acceptance, order number GWUK122863. However, since then no communication regarding probable delivery time, only the statute message from your delivery company that they are expecting to receive the goods from at some time in the future. Other companies I bought from over the Xmas period have already delivered. So at the moment you do not score very highly”
