While the product is well made your returns system is below par. I returned the clogs - order no. GWUK124126 / invoice number 15185298 on 29/02/25. No acknowledgement from you, and no positive outcome for your " customer". Each process has been antediluvian and barely dot for 2025.

Die bestellten Hausschuhe entsprachen nicht meinen Erwartungen. Sie waren sehr leicht und boten keinen Halt. Dafür waren sie viel zu teuer. Ich hätte sie besser umtauschen sollen.

You customer service is destestable and your shipper is incompetent. My order was to be sent to Oregon in the USA, but was sent to Alabama -- Giesswein knew that, but still treated me with suspicion when I informed them. Then they sent me a FEDEX claim form auf Deutsch -- a language a barely understand, and expected me to file it for them. If they are not competent to do business internationally, they should not try to do it. Perhaps they can make good footwear. They are not a competent seller.

Die Socken sind viel zu eng. Man bekommt sie kaum über die Füße. Der Bund ist außerdem zu eng und schnürt ab. Die Qualität der Strümpfe hat sich verschlechtert. Ich werde ihre Strümpfe nicht mehr kaufen.

Kauft nicht bei giesswein. Am 2.12 bestellt Lieferung nie erhalten. 3 mal reklamiert, nur Vertroestungen. Firma ist telefonisch nie zu erreichen. Werde mein Geld via Anwalt zurück holen müssen.

The slippers you sent me suck. No insole? You have to be kidding me. They are just awful. What happened to your traditional unparalled top quality? My old Giesswein slippers are worn out but still kicking. I'll keep them for now. Trying to return your product became an oddisey.You have a "customer diservice" what makes everything even more painful. I always felt I was exchanging emails with a bot, not a real person. The worst American company has a better customer service than you do. I'm lucky enough to have a German friend that actually lives in Germany. As a German she felt ashamed for your behaviour. Without her help it would have been impossible to get a return label. What a nightmare! Your brand won't survive. It's surreal. One more thing, I keep receiving Giesswen emails in German. You're a marketing joke.

Ich habe die Outdoorschuhe grade zum 2x reklamiert. In 11 Monaten hat sich 2x die Sohle vom Schuh gelöst. Für den Preis wirklich sehr schade, würde sie nicht empfehlen.
