Grundsätzlich mag ich die Giesswein Produkte sehr gern. Aber erst kommt es jetzt zu einer deutlichen Lieferverzögerung, weil das Giesswein Team von den Black Sales Bestellungen (2 für 1 Merino Runners) überrannt wurde, und dann wird nur 1 von 2 Paaren geliefert. Ich hoffe jetzt auf schnelle Klärung durch den Kundenservice, denn eigentlich war ein Paar auch als Geschenk gedacht. :-/ Drückt mir die Daumen...

Purchased slippers on sale. Emailed asked if I could exchange for a different size. They replied to return slippers and use same discount code and repurchase when the size I need is available again. few weeks later they cost more and they will not give me the same price. Awful customer service.

When I placed the order your website promised receipt by Fedex in 3-5 days. That was 12 days ago and my order is still showing as at Roissy Charles de Gaulle Cedex 95, where it has been for over a week, with no scheduled delivery date. So of course I won't give you a good review when I don't have a product to review.

Made purchase on 11/25. The shoes which were expected to be delivered on 12/3 initially is pending on delivery (FedEx) due to "operational reasons". Looks they are still in Europe (destination US). Asked for help to Giesswein over email yesterday, where there's no response.
