I can't say enough wonderful things about Coach Jen. She was there to support me every step of the way with patience, knowledge, and encouragement. Jen helped me figure out how to overcome obstacles with my training and nutrition, make certain practices work for me, and identify optimal workouts for my short-term and long-term goals. As a climber and hiker, I wanted to make sure my workouts were supporting my goals with those activities, so Jen helped me develop a fantastic sport-specific plan that helped me become stronger in both! Jen is also the true definition of a coach - working alongside me to figure out solutions to roadblocks in a way that was truly empowering.
This program isn't a fad diet or overnight fix. It transformed my way of thinking, my habits, and my practices - but it took patience, persistence, and dedication. I loved the pace of the program, the incremental addition of new skills, and the kind and generous support of my coach. I chose the strength-focused workout plan and it was awesome! Easy to follow with fun workouts that made me excited to go to the gym.
I'll definitely miss the regular support and check-ins but Jen has prepared me well to keep living a healthy, purposeful life. If you're on the fence about signing up for coaching, trust me when I say it's well worth the investment.”

“Coaching with GGS was incredibly helpful for me in taking on years of diet culture brainwashing (still some work to do, but have made good progress). With a "drip method" of receiving information week by week I could take the time needed to practice new skills (many in regards to eating, but there are others in supporting other healthy lifestyle habits). I enjoyed having varied strength exercises to follow, whether I worked out at home or in the gym (which I transitioned to during this year). It has certainly helped to see progress over time, and saved time in the gym wondering what to do next and how to do it. Changes and adaptations have been possible, when I have dealt with random injuries that is a part of life. My favourite aspect of the program was the personal coaching through text, voice, video (to demonstrate exercises I had questions about) was incredibly valuable to maintain motivation, address questions, and to help prevent injury. The 2 coaches I had have been attentive, encouraging and supportive.”

“I highly recommend coaching from Girls Gone Strong. Throughout the year of coaching, I consistently felt supported and encouraged by my coach Amber. I chose to workout at home and was provided solid weekly workout plans that I could easily accomplish within about 45 minutes. A year after starting the program I am stronger and feel more confident in my body. I appreciated that the program did not mention specific eating plans, rather the focus was on nutrition skills and strategies for how I eat. Over the past year, I have made modifications that have made my life better. A third component of the coaching was an almost weekly mindset skill and action plan that helped me move into a more healthful and growth-focused mindset about my body and thinking. “Just do it! If the name of the program makes you hesitant, I promise it is well worth it and as challenging as you want to it be! I was looking for a physical training program and a nutrition program, and this one knocked it out of the park. I had a team of coaches who were readily available (even though I’m stationed in Japan) and were extremely encouraging and knowledgeable. The nutrition program is focused on how to eat vice a specific strict diet or what to eat, and it’s been incredible. The bonus is they also provide mindset lessons to help you improve all around. I have seems significant improvement not just in my strength but also in my procrastination and eating habits!”
