“I’m still awaiting delivery of my chair. The issue lies with the delivery company. Poor communication; they will ask for your preferred dates and then offer something completely different and at times not conducive to a working day. I’m hoping that third time lucky, I’ll be offered a suitable slot. I contacted Graham & Green about the issue; the lady I spoke to was very pleasant but did not offer a solution.”

“We have bought a number of chairs and some furniture on a few occasions and find the quality exceptional. We did have one issue with an item that was dealt with immediately and I have to say some of the best customer service I have experienced. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“I have been purchasing items from this company for about 5 years. Their service is excellent. I had an exchange issue with an item that I had bought and had returned to them. My fault entirely, I phoned them direct. The item I had purchased I had changed my mind, they had received my return so I asked if I could exchange it for something similar. Somebody answered the phone straight away. The next day my exchanged item arrived! The quality of their products is excellent and knowing that if you change your mind or need to send an item back you will be dealt with very swiftly. I definately recommend this company.”

“I had been searching for ages for a small cocktail chair to fit a smaller room in the house. Everything I came across looked generic, boring and quite frankly uninspiring. Eventually I found what I was looking for at Graham & Green! The ALPANA SUZANI PATTERNED COCKTAIL CHAIR is absolutely gorgeous. It is extremely well made, comfortable and the style and colours are perfect. The chair is full of character and makes a wonderful statement piece. Packing and delivery excellent. I’m thrilled and will continue to buy from G&G.”
