“Cruise cancelled 6 days before departure,(Friday late afternoon) had to wait for a time on telephone on the Saturday morning , eventually spoke to Jess who dealt with the call,professionally and friendly.result managed to book on another cruise for 2 weeks later . Only gripe received an automated email asking us to pay a balance , so I rang again to clarify . All sorted.”

“Kevin was very helpful during the booking process. I was booking on behalf of myself,my husband and a friend and asked for a few quotes. Kevin responded quickly and gave us all the information. He has also given information and advice on the ports we will be visiting. Very happy with the process so far.”

“When originally contacted iglu cruises, I was dealing with James, I was in a bit of rush but he speedily went through everything I needed and understood my requirements, when I eventually got back in touch with iglu cruises a day later to confirm my booking I spoke to a different team member ( can't remember her name sorry ) who knew exactly what I wanted as James had already saved my cruise and personal details. Booking process was easy and effortlessly as I've booked through iglu on a few occasions, most of my details were on the system. Very happy with the price, experience, knowledge and friendly service of the advisor on the phone. Looking forward to our cruise, will definitely have a great time as always and will be booking again in the future.. Mr. S.Witts”
