“Mollie Stone listened to my challenging week and didn't pressure me. She sent a link over wkend for my booking. She had also advised me as first cruise so very daunting. Well recommended.”

“Booked an NCL Baltic cruise with Iglu as the package they offered was a better deal. We had booked a cruise with Iglu previously and they are always very helpful . Danielle talked it through with us and then put all the arrangements in an email together with a quote . Again very pleased with the service .”

“My experience of Iglu cruise was very simple, I phoned and spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful and took my details of the holiday I was enquiring about. She gave me a quote which was followed up by an email, we checked all details and rang back and went ahead with the holiday booking.”

“Lots of choice on the website. I particularly like the bespoke packages where you can spend quality time in a city before joining the cruise. I have found the Iglu Customer Support team helpful when booking flights, hotels and rooms on the cruise ship. All transfers and hotel accommodation has been well organised and I have not experienced any problems”
