“Seb was incredibly polite and helpful when I called to book over the phone. We are not regular cruisers so I had lots of questions which he took the time to answer and provided lots of details. I could tell Seb was very knowledgeable because he provided extra tips on top of what I enquired about and was able to find the best cabin which suited our needs so I'm very happy. We cannot wait to start our holiday!”

“Extraordinarily bad customer service. I’ve used IGLU for over 20 years now and they have always been excellent. This time customer service has been rude and unhelpful and barely able to speak English. Was promised a call back from a Manager in 3 days and have heard nothing. Rumours are that they are going into Administration. Avoid.”

“I will never ever book with these people again. The after sales service is awful. Kept on hold for over an hour every time you call for help. Worst customer service I have ever exeprienced.”
