“It took some time to get connected (so put at 4* as online chats are usually quicker took around 45 mins), but once connected with Lauren the service was quick and they helped sort my query efficiently :) very happy. They were also very polite over the communication.”

“We have had a really good experience with Iglu and Tino in particular. There are 6 of us going and Tino has helped with sorting all our issues out. I really have to thank him for his hard work on our behalf”

“It was good to speak to someone who could tell me what to expect from the cruise line I was sailing with and arranged for a few days pre cruise stay at the port. Total price for cruise, pre cruise stay , flights and transfers came in at a price below what I was expecting , so totally satisfied. It also helped that the advisor had stayed at the port we were sailing from and could give us lots of inside tips.”

“We had a poor experience with Igluu. It's much better to book direct with the cruise company. Igluu just confuse things. They split our booking and put one of the bookings under my 16 years old sons name. They screwed up on our parking costing us an extra £152. The customer service was terrible. They just didn't care about our booking once we had paid.”

“We have always booked our many cruises through Iglu, with mostly very good results. But, the last cruise we booked, recently left us quite confused. I received an email, showing we had two cabins, for x two sets of couples!! A little worrying for a short time, I could not phone, until next day.”

“I contacted customer support via the online service.. no answer . I managed to get through on the phone to customer service via the sales team phone number and was told over 10 days ago that they would phone me the following day! And still I wait. Very poor customer service department they are extremely hard to track down and sometimes it’s just a simple question and answer.”

“My friend and I booked a cruise with you for August 26. We spoke to a lovely man called Guy. He was very polite, knowledgable and helpful when we made the initial enquiry. This swayed us to call him back and book the cruise with him. It also helps that his first language is English so there were no communication difficulties.”
