“Booking our cruise through Iglu for next year was straight forward and without any issues at all. Have used Iglu for 3 or 4 cruises now, and never had any problems at all. Excellent ! ! !”

“Antarctic cruise was very good, as were hotels and transfers except for last pick up in Santiago which did not happen, company didn’t answer calls and so we had to pay privately which we were not expecting, so that was disappointing and obviously meant we paid twice for this service! Japan cruise next year was booked on board ship but no contact from Iglu re this, so I had to instigate contact to confirm booking, which was responded to and confirmed but no further contact since. Would be nice to have contact to enquire if we need anything further e.g. flights/hotels”

“It's very easy to speak to Iglu if you wish to book a cruise but once it's booked you cannot get to speak to an advisor to answer a query. Any problems have to be dealt with via the internet. We are elderly and need that human element.”

“Excellent customer service from start to finish. This was our first cruise and we didn't know what to expect. Iglu arranged everything from flights to transfers to a beautiful hotel and then on to a beautiful ship. Everything was flawless. Well done guys!”

“I was unsure when browsing as I hadn't used a cruise agent before. I normally book direct with cruise company, but I was looking for add ons before and after the cruise. I spotted something that I thought would be ideal for my wife and I on the IgluCruise website. From my first contact, IgluCruise were amazing. Matt the agent I was in contact with couldn't have been more helpful and really put my mind at ease. The hotels were perfect for what we wanted and the transfers were always on time, if not early. I would highly recommend IgluCruise to everyone I know.”

“We did try booking online but for some reason we were not able to pick the cabins next to each other so we phoned them and they were able to do it for us. Mum came on her own with me and my partner and so we wanted to be near each other. We would use you again and would also recommend you.”

“The booking process was excellent. Everything on the cruise ran really smoothly, hotel stay, pick ups, drop offs and additional trip. The only thing that stops it being 5 star is the fact I requested the possibility of a direct flight and that we were prepared to pay extra for it and was told it wasn't possible. However we met a couple on the same package as us in Tokyo and they told us they had been offered a direct flight.”
