“you are very helpful booking great service, but after care service is poor to none existent , but then again once most venues have got your money its the same ,its seems its all about the sale. after sales needs major improving please.. ps some of us really do need to talk via phone and that service is very poor average wait time 3/4 to an 1hr wait . live chat ok if your 16, if your 80 with 1 finger night mare. regards John”

“Have found that communication with Iglu is very simple and fairly swift. Straight forward answers to queries. I'm on my third cruise now, the last two booked through iglu. Prices are cheaper than going direct with p&o. So it's win, win. Iglu every time 5☆☆☆☆☆”

“Great advice was provided by Miss Danielle Marsh, she was able to explain all the processes and procedures for accessing and options available on the P&O Cruise ship. Entertainment was fantastic, food was marvellous exactly as she promised. She booked excursions throughout the astonishing Norway fjords that have given us the wonderful memories that we hoped for. Thank you Danielle, I will definitely ask for your guidance and knowledge for our next holiday.”
