“fantastic service leanne.marly ( and colleagues in general cruise department) as we needed to book a specialist cruise holiday to match exactly what friends had booked din April, but we where unable to commit to at the time due to being in the middle of a leukemia diagnosis roller coaster.”

“I had asked for a number of different quotes, as we couldn't decide where to go. Each time Jamie sent them through virtually straight away. I wasnt hounded by the hard sell phone calls, which was a massive bonus for me as I hate getting pressured into making my mind up. Which I eventually did, that's when I finally spoke to Jamie, who was really nice and helpful and went through our chosen holiday with me and booked it. Thankyou Jamie, we are really looking forward to our cruise next June, and will definitely use IGLU again in the future.”

“We have booked all our cruises (6 in total) with Iglu and keep coming back. The most recent booking was with Laura Lamb who was excellent with us. She was patient and informative answering all our queries and giving us options based on what we were looking for. The prices with Iglu are very competitive compared to traditional travel agents and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Enquiry for Celebrity cruise for next April, contacted by Emily made very quickly efficiently giving us price and most details. I rang Emily back after making a decision to book and sorted out a cabin number and added breakfast to the hotel in Athens. Emily dealt with me in a very pleasant and professional manner.”
