“Once my order was understood things went well. Unfortunately my order was put on hold due to an error made by a Koala Health customer service representative. She placed my order after I submitted my hard copy prescriptions. I explained how my dog took her medication and I was told I was all set. After two weeks with hearing nothing, I had to call Koala Health to be told my order was on hold. No communication occurred to me. After speaking with Koala the issue was resolved and my order was filled.”

Manufacturer mandate or not, it's up to the dispenser to issue discounts. Very disappointed. I changed from the other pharmacy, VetSource, because of your emails. Yes, I understand it's my responsibility to read the fine print. I'm 72. I wish it had been clearer.”
“I wish they would have responded to my email sooner. I was charged for meds so I assumed it was approved refill. Then I was credited for meds so I assumed refills were up and asked not to contact vet since I had an appointment that week. They went ahead and contacted the vet anyway”
“The service was good, the packaging was good. What I don't like is your subscription cancelation process. It looks like a major hassle to be able to stop a subscription if needed. You should make it easy to stop it online in our account information and not have to call someone to cancel a subscription. Also the price of the product should be the same lower price whether you buy it individually or in a subscription.”
