“The service was good, the packaging was good. What I don't like is your subscription cancelation process. It looks like a major hassle to be able to stop a subscription if needed. You should make it easy to stop it online in our account information and not have to call someone to cancel a subscription. Also the price of the product should be the same lower price whether you buy it individually or in a subscription.”

I realize that sending via UPSP causes delays, but to those of us used to the speed of Chewy and Walmart, this is annoying. I called you and once I said tablets, order processed. I ask: why didn't koala call vet if koala needed more info to fill order
