“The price was great. It took a lot longer than I thought to get the order processed. My vet submitted the order and I went in to pay. Then I had to contact several times to check the status and keep it moving through the process.”
“We ordered out medicine on Thursday. The prescribing doctor works Tuesday-Friday and stated they'd confirm the Rx as soon as you'd contact them. We needed the med ASAP, and we thought we were safe since we had Thursday and Friday for you to contact the Doctor for the Rx before the Doctor would become unavailable till Tuesday. Unfortunately, you did not contact the Doctor until Monday (the day the Doctor is not working), that is you waited through Thursday and Friday before contacting the Doctor. The Doctor responded to you on Tuesday and you processed the med right away, but YOU created a delay resulting in us getting the med authorized on Tuesday the week after instead of Thursday - a 5-day difference.”
“I like that I'm not forced to have repeat delivery. I can call and order over the phone. A lot of the meds are at a reasonable price. The packaging is always excellent. Delivery time can be challenging. So, I order meds a week or more before my pet is out. Thank you for the great customer service.”
“Shipped quick... Wish they had way to keep meds chilled during transport specially to hot Arizona... Also didn't get needles in this order like I did first order or another bandana ... But those are minor ... Wish I was able to cancel autoship from website instead of having to call when I run into money issues and have to wait on ordering”
“Overall good easy experience but feel there is a decent delay with vet approval and sending out the medicine. Also, chewy provides email updates on when a vet approves or if there is an issue, it could be nice to have updates”
