“The only thing i'd change is i'd want them to make it more clear at first purchase of a regular med that they will auto ship future ones. However, they do at least give you notice before they sheip and if you mark your calendar you can plan for the new bill. Also when i called about that after the first auto ship they were extremely friendly and courteous despite the fact i'd missed the 'fine print' notice about auto ship. Since our dog must have her heartworm med every month it makes sense for us to just plan for it.. i've always felt better to keep a dog on the preventative year round than just 'mosquito' season like some people do. Especially now with season changes more unpredictable than in the past.”

“I only gave you four stars, but that's only because when the price went up, it was a shock. I didn't know that was going up. It would be nice to receive something before you take the price up on our babies prescriptions. That's the only complaint I have other than that. You guys are excellent. If I need to put the prescription on hold it's easy to do or if I need it faster it's easy to do and I appreciate all you do for my baby. Thank you.”

“I have only gotten my dog's prescriptions one time so far. It did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. I requested all of the prescriptions on the website per the instructions. These were changed by my vet, resubmitted, then changed by a Koala technician, and resubmitted again. Each time somebody corresponded with the vet or with me, it was a different technician, so there was a breakdown in the communication and I could not get the prescriptions dosed the way I wanted not could I get an explanation as to why not. Finally I was told the prescriptions were approved as requested and yet when I received them, they were not.”
