“Place my order on-line over the weekend but because it wasn’t during normal business hours, it was never acknowledged and sent to my vet for approval. It took my vet to contact Koala with the order number before it was processed. Because of the delay, I was told they would expedite my order which took almost two weeks to receive. Product is more expensive than you can find with other providers.”
