My only complaint is that since I had such a great experience, I immediately recommended it to my friend who placed an order the same day, not knowing that there was a referral code that would have saved us both money!”

“The auto signup hit a snag when Koala tried to send heartworm medicine before my dog's annual health check and prescription renewal for heartworm meds. The Koala staff was helpful on the phone and postponed the shipment date and prescription renewal until after her vet visit. Everything else was simple and timely!”

I have no notes or emails that indicate I signed up for any auto ship. Also, I do wish they'd implement the capability for us as customers to edit or cancel our auto ship information without having to contact customer service and wait for a response.”

“Great price and prompt delivery, but the syringes are a problem, the needles come off too easily. Second injection I gave, the syringe came off from the needle (which was in the dog) and some of the Adequan squirted out ...had to pull the needle from the dog, Going to buy screw-on syringes from my local vet.”
