“The only reason I give just 4 stars is the length of time it took to get the meds. My dog was off of 2 very important ones for a couple of weeks. But that could have been our vet not responding to the script. That said, the packaging was great and the bandana we received is so cute! I put it on Riggs the moment it came out of the package.”
“It took too long for them to pick up the phone and call my vet. I would default to that method for all orders. That’s the easiest way to get the approval.

“Great price on products and the order arrived packaged well with a hand written note, but getting the order sent out was a challenge. They weren't getting the prescription from my vet and never reached out to tell me weekday was going on. I had to call them, then call my vet. It still didn't get shipped so had to call them and my vet again. I feel that Koala should have contacted me to inform me why it was being delayed.”
