My only feed back would be that if a Rx requires various steps and required information, that it is asked up front during the ordering. I went back and forth via email 3 times to give required information before they would fill the Rx.”
“I was very confused by the number of tablets of Symparica that I was ordering and I ended up with two years' supply. I will certainly use them, but it wasn't what I intended. There is something odd about the descriptions of amounts that could use some serious fixing. Other than that, the service was outstanding.”

We confirmed with our vet that they had authorized the prescription a couple days prior to receiving confirmation from Koala, and then it still took several days to arrive. Considering this is a medication we could not go several days without, I was hoping it would not take so long.”

“I love the personal touches -- the note, the logo, the scarf, the box -- would give a 4Plus if I could. My ONLY issue was that it seemed to take awhile for the meds to come. And probably not your 'fault', but the USPS wouldn't leave the box (a thin envelope could go in the mailbox, but then it wouldn't be as pretty...?) so I had to go pick it up at the P.O. which was a little bit of a hassle. But I like the branding and will hope to use you guys going forward, if pricing remains competitive! ;)”
