First order had a $100 discount code. One prescription med was not carried at Chewy’s but, was at Koala. Aldo, her analgesic, prescription med costs about a third of the price as Chewy’s. My only complaint would be that I did BOT receive confirmation that Koala had received the prescription from my vet when I was told I would. So, I had to initiate. On the other hand, my first shipment included a handwritten note and Koala bandana.”
“Issue I had was that there was nowhere for me to say how my cats get their medications. They may get one a day, but it is half in the morning & half in the evening ( every 12 hours). I also didn't know that I had to contact you after I made my order to get the personalized presorted pouches. As I am not the only one giving them medication it would be so much easier.”
“About every other order is correct. You are supposed to send me 135 pills a month, 90 full and 45 half pills. Half of the time you give 135 full pills, none cut in half. Other than that you have great service.”
