“My review will be based on not only my experience with Koala, but also how it compares with my usual online supplier, Chewy.
1. Pricing - Koala Health allowed for me to purchase my dog's medication at an incredible discount. I believe this was only because it was my first purchase, though. If Koala can mantain these competitive prices or offer any sort of conintual discount then I will happily switch over to use them permanently and leave Chewy.
2. Communication / Delivery time - I ordered my dog's medicine on Saturday, November 8th. On November 12th I received an email that help was needed with my order because my dog's vet had not responded. I contacted my vet's offic and they approved right away. My order then shipped on November 13th and arrived on November 17th. This entire timeline is not acceptable for medication. It should not have taken 4 days to hear from them stating there was an issue, and it should not have taken an additional 5 days for me to receive my dog's medication. Chewy's turnaround time is next day or 2-day delivery. If Koala wants my business permanently I strongly suggest tightening their communication / delivery windows.”

“I have been very pleased with Koala Health for my dogs' prescriptions over the last year or so. If I had any suggestions, it would be an option of Previcox in a bottle, not blister packaging. As an older person in my 70s I am finding it difficult to get the medication out of the blister packs, often breaking them into little pieces because I don't have the strength in my hands to push the pills through the backing. So I have to dig into them with a knife edge (hoping I don't cut myself) and trying to open them like that. It's not impossible but it could be better. Thank you for what you do.”
“The product I purchased is difficult to find. (Purina Pro Plan FortiFlora PRO Synbiotic). Not only did Koala have it. The price was better than the other places I have purchased and they had a discount on top of that. Received it in 3 days. Very happy will my purchase and will be ordering again.”
