“Unhappy with Koala Health! Sent product without notification. After calling they mentioned that an email was sent as notification, but after my review I saw none! When asking for return and refund, they told me that since order sent already it could not be returned or refunded. Really!!! Cost of $200.00 is ridiculous and a ripoff! Next prescription will ordered ered thru Australian pharmacy @ a cost of $113.00! Same manufacturer. How can this be??? It is very likely that I would NOT recommend Koala Health for anything, poor customer service!”
