“Even though I cannot use Koala right now, I have to say I am so happy with your customer service that I will have no issues using Koala in the future. Unfortunately, our almost 13 yo pup can't use the generic Proin you provide because the pills are very hard, difficult to break and for her to chew. For now we will continue to get her Proin from our vet, but if there is any other prescription medication she needs we will certainly lookk to Koala first.”
“The process of ordering my dog's medications began last September. The delivery sent incorrectly twice and returned after a phone call with a representative to clarify/verify that the order be sent UPS rather than USPS as well as a follow up email. Likewise, the prescription dosage, quantity and frequency was incorrect even after an intervention by our veterinarian as well as several correspondences from myself. The correct order was finally delivered almost 2 months later.”
