“Yes I was not notified a shipment was being charged and sent to me. When I notified you I was told that there was nothing that could be done since it was not a month pre shipment. I am still not happy and before i even knew who “Koala” was, file a claim with my bank about fraudulent charges.”
“It's probably the fault of UPS, but also you should know at Koala that the packing of the cases of wet food was poor. I would like another can of DM Purina Pro-Plan 5.5oz wet cat food sent to me. One of the cans in one of the cases was crushed so badly it opened, the cat food spilled out all over the other cans and the whole box/shipment stunk. I had to throw out the can. The rest of the case of food was badly dented. I am really not happy with the way the product was packed. It also took a really long time for delivery and I'm really disappointed with the entire service from Koala health. I called as soon as I received the damaged delivery on Friday, August 15th and haven't heard back from anyone”
“Well, I placed and paid for my order and I waited like five or more days for it and I stressed the importance of how bad she needed this medicine because the way she's been itching and finally I got a hold of my vet and then my vet got a hold of you guys and it hadn't even been mailed yet so then seven or eight days go by and I keep getting notices saying it's going to be sent out today and then that went on for two days and then finally it got sent out so it took me forever to get it and I was just really upset and so is my veterinarian”
“I'm very happy with this service. My vet can renew my dogs medication prescriptions and there is no gap in care due to running out. He's got what he needs everyday and at 12 years old, that provides the security I seek in giving him as many years as we can share in good health. “this was my first order w/Koala Health. the box somehow got damaged before leaving the Boston P.O. & there was about a 10-day delay before i received it. the prescription was missing, only the complimentary badana was in the box. Koala Health was very helpful & quickly sent me another 6-month supply of Nex Gard Plus in the mail, w/a tightly sealed box this time around. Mahalo nui loa.”
