“Thanks for supplying my dog with her insulin. However when checking on the order it says processing. But after it is processed and ready to ship I don't get an email about it being shipped or delivered. Is this something that can be fixed. It's frustrating not knowing when we can expect our insulin.”
“Only frustration is duration of shipping on an autoship medication. If the dosing is there, the quantity etc, I shouldn’t need to call in to request another refill when low. When we spoke I was told to call in when I need it shipped even when I explained his dosing and he will get it as prescribed. Needing to sedate a 158 pound 9 month old Dane puppy after an $8k orthopedic surgery is no simple task. I work remotely for shoreline and would love to figure out a way to fix this to feel better about having our clients utilize your company. I do also understand the difficulties with controlled drugs, just seem to have nothing but issues with this poor dog from day one!”
“Koala Health has been my preferred pet pharmacy because it is reliable, the customer service is great and the prices are cheaper than my vet's prices. A suggestion would be to have more frequent updates when a prescription has been approved, or has shipped. Perhaps these updates are already available and I don't have them turned on. Most recently I started a new prescription through Koala, and had to keep checking my account to find out the status of if it was approved, when it was done being packed, and when it shipped. I felt a bit in the dark on the status.”
