“Prices are much higher than what I used to pay at the vet practice. Too much "fluff" in packaging and promotion. My human mail order drugs are shipped in a plastic bag. Koala packaging is wasteful. Unfortunately, my vet no longer wants to deal with dispensing medications and chose Koala. I'll look elsewhere in the future.”
“I am grateful that your website offers prescriptions for my dog at a lower cost than the vet and other pet pharmacies. I only gave a 3 though for a couple reasons
-Website has lots of problems, at least on my phone. I go to see my orders and it asks me to sign in again, and when I do it takes me to a nonsensical page of code with no navigation. I still can’t see if my pets medication is on its way.
-Shipping time - it took about 2 weeks to receive my pets meds, which is long considering I have a sick animal and a full time job.
-My biggest issue is that the website claims the confirm all prescriptions with the vet. My vet sent me the info and I clicked it, it took ne straight to the page of the medication. I was unaware I had to select the dosage amount myself, so I was giving my dog 5mg a day, when it was supposed to be 30mg. I have a big problem with this, because I trusted I was being shown the correct medication my dog was prescribed.
-My vet said they close at 5pm, but we are on the West coast and the phone message says hours are Eastern.
-I emailed help because it was after hours, but still haven’t responded, except an email that said they received mine. I am facing the same issue of needing a different MG dosage before they ship it out, but my vet and I still haven’t gotten through.
I hope this is constructive, and the issues get resolved, because I appreciate the convenience and price of Koala working with my vet. I will continue to use, but I hope these issues can be resolved asap.
