“I, unfortunately did not have a good experience with Koala. My Lucy was almost 3 weeks without her apoquel. Apparently a mix up on your side. I had talked to someone about 3 weeks ago and got the email and rx straightened out. She said it was on its way. Not the case so I called again about a week ago and apparently things were not straightened out. However, apology from your employee and 7-8 days later I finally got it. Unsure if I’ll use you again , it was way too long for my dog to go without her meds.”
