“My dog’s order is to take one and a half Vetmedin AM and one tab in PM. I was informed via an email at the end of the week that it can’t be auto shipped because that would be 36 a month and they couldn’t do it. No one called me about it and another week was lost until I could pay the difference of $9 so it could be shipped. Meanwhile I had to drive back to my vet and buy more from them, which is an hours drive total for us. I understand why it was changed but would have preferred a phone call rather than an email which got missed for days. Once I called it was handled right away and straightened out, shipped quickly then.”

“Received my authorship RX for my dog but the package arrived with the box that was inside totally crushed as it was sent in a soft packed bag. The pills were not broken but one of the foil's was torn. If it happens again will need to find a different company.”
