“Ordered several meds for 3 dogs. No email received regarding approved and shipped after 2 or 3 days. I looked up the order on website. Message to call koala about the order. Koala closed. Called when they opened. Said one med ordered too soon. All my orders were held up. Bad . I asked if all except that one could be shipped. Koala said yes. About 5 days later saw they had shipped. Very bad slow process. I have told my vet and asked to use vetsource instead for all future orders for my 4 dogs. Koala is not ready to help. Also, I always get overnight delivery from vetsource. Not an option from koala. Again, koala is not set up to help the pet owner.”

“I never received my order from you last Saturday, November 22, 2025 as the informed mail shows. Apparently , my order was put into another recepient's locked mailbox. I received 3 packages for a resident one block over from me. I delivered those 3 packages to the intended recepient's address. so far, my package from Koala is still missing. I have filed a claim online and was responded to right away. A lady from the post office here in Sparks, NV actually phoned me the next morning. She asked me to please inform you about the situation.
