“Very friendly. It took a while to get Lucy's medicine but Koala called and said they were having a diffucult time getting in touch with the vet's office. Ic alled the vet's office to let them know. Still did not receive the medicine so I called Koala and they let me know they had just got in touch with the vets office, so the order was being processed. A little slow but happy over all.”

“Our vet sent us an email saying they partner with Koala now. It was absolutely perfect for us because we had just moved to a new state and haven’t found a good vet to pick up our Simpurica Trio.
The price point was good for the quantity, the packaging is perfect, they contacted the vet and I didn’t have to do anything. My only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that I wish there was an option for a 3 month instead of a 6 month at a time. I have 2 larger dogs and we just moved so financially it would have been easier to do 3 months each.
Overall I do highly recommend, even with the 6 month they were priced very well and everything came in good condition.”
“Hi! I appreciated the starting price reduction for first time users but would like it even better if the same reductions or at least some could be applied in six months too!
One problem was a difficulty with the system that delayed my prescriptions and I ran out before receiving it. Apparently my vet had to respond multiple time to approve it over many days but you kept saying you did not have it.

When I received my order. I was pleased at the care taken with packaging my order. I do wish I could order a medication one time, rather than having to sign up for monthly refills.”
