“Seemed to take a bit of time to get prescription confirmed with our vet. I saw it was approved days before and it was not shipped right away. Gave it a few more days, and then decided to call. The day I called I was told it was going to be shipped the next day. Once it was shipped, we received it very fast.”
“The order procedure was simple enough until I wanted to order only one item and not repeatly. There was no way to indicate that until I call a person in your office. I suggest you give people the opportunity to choose between repeat orders or just a one time order.
I understand you are a mail order company and as such you should give customer choices, specially if it is the first time trying your service.”
“The process was simple. The only thing I was unhappy with is that it took almost 10 days to get her meds. Shame on me, but I am not always Johnny on the spot when ordering meds. But I have been in situations where I didn't have 10 days to get meds. I would have run out. I ended up buying some from the vet office because the order didn't come fast enough. Great packaging and easy process for sure.”

“Hi, I ordered some medication that my dogs veterinary practice did not care anymore And it had to be purchased online .I went with Koala because it seemed like it would be one of the easiest places to go through that wouldn’t inundate me with 1000 emails trying to get me to buy all of my other dog stuff from them. I truly do enjoy going to the local pet store and buying my dog food and dog treats. Everybody should support their local pet stores! It did take about two weeks to get the medication, which I was not expecting. I’ve also received about 10 notifications to do this dumb review, so here I am doing this review so I can continue not to be inundated with emails that I don’t want.”
“I like the pricing of the medications, however I wish the website had more to offer regarding profiles such as medications and refills as well as being able to adjust shipping dates. also wish they had the option to chat with a representative online since it usually takes a little bit to hear back via email”
