The problem I have and the reason I didn't give you five stars is because it took a whole week after my vet approved the rx for it to ship. When it comes to a medication, I'm sure you would agree that most of us pet parents need it as soon as possible. Due to this long delay, I honestly don't know if I would order from your company again.”

“Seemed to take a bit of time to get prescription confirmed with our vet. I saw it was approved days before and it was not shipped right away. Gave it a few more days, and then decided to call. The day I called I was told it was going to be shipped the next day. Once it was shipped, we received it very fast.”
“The order procedure was simple enough until I wanted to order only one item and not repeatly. There was no way to indicate that until I call a person in your office. I suggest you give people the opportunity to choose between repeat orders or just a one time order.
I understand you are a mail order company and as such you should give customer choices, specially if it is the first time trying your service.”
