“Koala has been generally pretty awesome! I love the pre packaged packs. I have memory issues that make taking my own medication tricky some days, and with my boys meds, I don’t have to worry about remembering if I gave them or not thanks to Koala! There have been a few hiccups here and there but customer service has always been fast to remedy and help me take the best care of my boy. I only gave four stars due to they recently raised the price of a medication but did not inform me of it first. A little heads up would have been nice. I get it…the cost of everything is rising but it would have been better to get a notice about it instead of the surprise.”
“Not sure why but, ever since I signed up to order something online, I started getting a newsfeed notification from Headline Smart in my email several times every day. I was not able to tell that the newsfeed and Koala Health were somehow linked, but I was at least able to stop the newsfeed.”
“Everyone was knowedgeable and helpful, but the medicine I ordered took a very long time to arrive, even after our dr. approved the order. Your price was better than other companies, but i am used to meds arriving alot faster from Chewy. When I mentioned that the shipping time was taking too long, the representative explained that the pharmacy was very busy. (I placed the order Nov 3, the dr called in the approval Nov 5, but I didn't received the meds until the 12th.)”
