“I have really loved the Koala services and platform is super easy to use. I like having all my Rx in one place like this. Easy to make changes. CS is great and gets back to me in 2 business days. My only complaint is how long it takes to get my refills. Sometimes it seems to take over 2 weeks and my pet goes a few days without. Would be great if that was faster.”
“Generally good experience with ordering process. As not all veterinarians/offices allowed for prescriptions to be faxed or verify via phone, your website site should provide mailing address. This would expedite the requirement to mail in a physical script, without having to wait for an email saying that you were unable to get authorization via telephone and please mail to this address.”
“I am new to Koala Health, and ordinarily am not comfortable with any auto-ship arrangement. I don't want access to my credit card to be in too many hands. My veterinaria recently offered the service, which had an enticing discount on my first order. That was helpful. There were endless options for auto-ship meds, and I chose the every-3-month set up. I was especially pleased to receive notice ahead of the shipment, reminding me that the meds would be shipped and billed soon. The package arrived just as indicated, well packed, and it arrived safely and intact. It's convenient to have 3 months of maintenance meds on hand for our two dogs.
So far, I can say that I'm comfortable with the arrangement. We live an hour's drive from our vet, so receiving the meds by mail is very convenient. I like knowing that we won't have to make the long drive each time for refills.

“Pricing, variety, and timeliness are fantastic. Communication leaves a little to be desired when placing an order. For some reason I did not get an order confirmation and I had to follow up, to be told they did not actually have the food I ordered in stock.
HOWEVER, once they had it in stock it was sent to me with haste. I greatly appreciated their efforts!”
