Finally when I was running out of pills I signed on to my account and there it told me that they needed more information from me. I called and resolved the issue. They told me they sent me and email and called me. I received no additional email after the initial email and no voicemail if they did call and I didn't answer. I have the pills now but had to purchase another supply from my vet since I ran out.”
