“We wanted a rug for under our dining table and chairs to add some warmth but didnt want to pay extortionate amounts. It arrived within a few days and arrived during the two hour time frame given. For the money that we paid we are happy with the rug. A bit of the green writing from the packaging had rubbed onto the outer edge of the rug but it wasn't worth the hassle and cost of returning etc, and we don't notice it.”

“I have bought a few different rugs from Kukoon. I bought hall runners and bedroom rugs. I have given them as gifts and kept some for myself. They are great value for money and good quality. My most recent purchase was a lovely fluffy rug for my bedroom. It add great comfort to my bedroom particularly in the morning. My feet are met with a hug first thing in the morning. It is a great start to the day. Thank you Kukoon for adding to my home with your beautiful rugs.”

“Beautiful rug, ivory colour, great pile , fantastic value, delivery was prompt , I’ve only deducted a point because the wrappings was torn at the end and the carpet had a 3 dirty marks on it , I took the chance and bought a good cleaner and it came off , I suppose these things happen in transport. I definitely will buy again from Kukoon.”

“I have ordered a few times this is the only place I ever order rugs from. Delivered within a couple days and went on again and ordered the same one last night for my aunty at 8 and it’s dispatched already and it’s 9 the next morning excellent service”
