“Not only did you leave the package outside the front door, you delivered it to the wrong house. I know you use a provider for deliver, but I purchased from you, so this is your problem. I had to go door to door in my estate before eventually tracking the package to a (thankfully honest) neighbour. Sort out your supplier. I called their customer service and point blank refused to help.”

I think you may have contacted someone else, not our customer service team. We have no record of you getting in touch with us.
DPD policy does allow deliveries to be made to neighbours, but certainly not to be left on a doorstep. I have logged a complaint with DPD regarding this.

The item is advertised as Full Grain leather as per the manufacture product guide.
