“We were very happy to have Brent help us in our quest to find the appliances we needed for our kitchen remodel. He answered all our questions. We have yet to get our appliances yet as it will take another week but we feel Mark's Appliance will be able to get them here without any problems.”

“OMG Jerry totally made our experience a memorable one. He is just a gem. Todd and he made sure my appliance would fit in the crazy setup I have at my new to me home. I will highly reccommend Jerry and Mark's appliance.”

“We had to replace a Oven & Microwave matched set through our homeowner's insurance. After discussing the issue with Paula from Sales and Mark from service, we discovered that we gave the wrong part number (microwave only) to our homeowner's insurance company. Once we gave them the correct part number (matched set), we were able to order replacement items. Paula worked with us every set of the way as we had to have our kitchen cabinets worked prior to installation of the new appliances. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Mark's Appliance - from Sale to Service to Installation. Very highly recommend Mark's Appliance.”

“I have been buying all my appliances from Mark's for years. Always have been happy with sales experience,delivery, and any follow up service I may have needed. Great place to do business and friendly knowledgeable folks who are part of the local community.”

“The delivery guys were great and very polite. However, a more pinned down time for delivery would be great. I took a whole day off work which would not have been necessary since it was a late afternoon delivery. All in all I would recommend your business to others and already gave this evening.”

“Everything about our experience from purchasing a new washer to delivery and setup went smoothly and stress free! We knew exactly when they were on the way to our house to deliver and set up and the guys who did a great job and were super helpful and nice! All in all a great experience!”

“While I will continue to use Mark's Applicance, I had a couple of small hiiccups when I purchased 3 applicance this year. I did feel some pressure when purchasing, and the sales person told me 3 things he was going to do that he did not follow through with. Now I'm having a trouble with a minor repair, but I have confidence that it will get resolved. By the way--beautiful showroom!”
