“The handles I ordered were out of stock and so I was offered a full refund or the opportunity to wait for more stock to arrive . I opted for the latter and my handles were sent to me sooner than I anticipated ...a very pleasant surprise . They are exactly what I wanted ....very sturdy and the perfect colour.”

“Bought some M.Marcus Tudor handles. Quite expensive but just what I needed for a barn conversion. Had a couple of issues but these were sorted out promptly and with no fuss - and it's how a company deals with issues that makes a difference.”

“Replacement latch arrived very promptly, which was good. However, I do wonder why the dimensions of these sorts of replacements cannot match the latches they are to replace. The front plate has an extra bow that means there is a danger of the latch catching the door frame. The movement of the latch is restricted by a small "runner" outside the casing. this meant I had to bore into the hole to enlarge the top area, before ti would operate smoothly. Finally, the fixing holes were about a millimetre further apart then the broken one. I managed to get that to work, but with some difficulty. So, great latch and speedy delivery, but I wish that the manufacturers would agree upon and stick to the exact same dimensions!!”

The person I dealt with was very helpful in pointing to some alternative products on the website. Found something more suitable based on his advice, ordered and delivered very quickly. “I had previously left a review saying that although the service was good but that I was disappointed with the quality of the door catch. More Handles got in touch with me immediately and offered to resolve the situation. I dealt with Jack, who was extremely helpful and responsive . Without me even having to ask, he ordered a new door catch, quality checked it himself, and sent it free of charge - which I will add works perfectly. I always think that the true reviews should be about how a company resolves issues and this is why I have given More Handles 5* - I was very impressed and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“The order was taken easily enough, and quickly dispatched. But the goods just aren't fit for purpose. We'd bought a single covered escutcheon with the view to buy a load more if we liked it. But it was useless. The cover just won't move. It's far to stiff. If I use all my might, I can just about shift it slightly to the side, but it's a very difficult operation, and nowhere near the smooth, one-handed operation it should be. It's a shame, because the escutcheon looked great... just didn't work! *****EDIT***** Since posting the review, MoreHandles have been back in touch and sent out a replacement escutcheon, so for their great customer services I'm giving an extra star, bringing them up to Average. But unfortunately although the replacement escutcheon is less stiff, it still doesn't swing freely, making it difficult to get the key into the keyhole with one hand. So I won't be going ahead with the purchase of enough for all the doors in our house. *****EDIT AGAIN***** They've got in touch with me again, and this time since I still wasn't happy with the escutcheon, they've refunded my money (inc. postage fees). While it's still a shame that the escutcheons are no good (thus one star lost), I can't really fault their customer service. I'm not sure what more they could have done!”

“The wrought iron handle I ordered arrived on time and was well packaged, the handle was of exceptional quality. You can buy cheaper, but they are cheap for a reason. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, and would certainly use them again.”

“I had the wrong product delivered, sent an email and had a very quick reply to say my order would be sorted, the correct item came within a couple of days and i was told to keep or dispose of the wrongly delivered. What more could i ask for”
