I found MyBodyTutor after a Google search and the owner/founder Adam Gilbert made contact with me right away. I decided to come on board immediately, because it was obvious that Adam was/is passionately committed to MyBodyTutor and has such a strong desire to help people reach their personal goals in life. After completing a quick survey of my health goals and life experiences with weight related programs, Adam matched me with my very own coach. Wow! What an absolute gift was given to me by that choice! My coach came alongside me in my health journey and helped me track my progress and develop habits daily that served me oh so well. One of my favorite MyBodyTutor sayings is PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION! I started replacing an "all or nothing" mindset, one choice, one step, and one day at a time. By being encouraged to share my true feelings, strongholds, and other experiences that had taken me through years of frustration and on-going fear of failure for decades of my life, I started to experience a new relationship with food. Adam sent videos and emails continually with a wealth of information and inspirational support and encouragement. And my fabulous coach offered honorable accountability and celebrated every single step of progress with me. I just can't stress enough how incredible my experience with MyBodyTutor was. I leave with the deepest gratitude to Adam Gilbert, to my incredible personal coach, and to others involved with MyBodyTutor. I now have the tools in place that I learned under their guidance that will keep me on a path of success and satisfaction knowing that I can achieve my goals. My health is something I treasure. It is never too late to make changes that will serve you well and to reach your goals. I intend to "live long and finish strong" and MyBodyTutor will forever be a part of my journey. It is the REAL DEAL and the last program you'll ever need. Take a leap of faith and give them a chance to make all the difference in your own life. You'll never regret that decision!

I have always been fit, but have not maintained or lost weight with other programs. I would lose 5 or so pounds and then slowly put them back on. I was eating large portions and just hoping I might one day lose weight. I felt like my weight and eating was out of control. I know the final day, I ate too much dinner before I signed up...the next morning! I heard about MyBodyTutor from Sam Parr on the My First Million podcast. After that, I listened to two podcasts where Adam was interviewed. I hoped to lose some weight, like 10 pounds if I was lucky. I also hoped I would do it while eating sugar and drinking alcohol. It took time before I acknowledged that it would be difficult to be successful with those two things as priorities. Before starting, I was worried it wouldn't be any different from the small success I had with other programs, but I have lost 15 pounds and learned what habits work for me. I am not good as an abstainer, so I have planned small treats. MyBodyTutor is different because it is more about learning habit formation and slowly creating good habits around eating. When I had good habits, I then began to learn how to eat in a way that would help me achieve my goals. Toni, my MBT, was amazing! This was so worth the investment. I am so much more at peace with myself because I have control over my diet. It has been really freeing. Right now, I am also finding that because of this work, I am able to take on challenges outside of my diet that were neglected...like changing other habits around performance at work, or practicing hard conversations with difficult family members. Because of MyBodyTutor, I was reminded that I am capable of taking on lots of different challenges!

I can't think of anything MyBodyTutor could do better. Adam’s emails and videos are always helpful and timed just right for what I need to hear. Mary Ann has a lot of answers and suggestions and I feel like she will not give up on me. I highly recommend the program! Vicki

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor. I really appreciated the one-on-one and personalized approach of this program. My coach was in touch with me very regularly to help keep me accountable and on track. She offered so many great strategies for getting through tricky eating situations like a family gathering and mid-day snacking. I've lost 4 lbs in one month, thanks to MyBodyTutor

They did a good job of pairing me with a coach that was in sync with me. She has been really motivating and supportive and has good suggestions for tweaks i can make that will help my weight loss journey. I am glad that there is not an emphasis on calorie counting and that the eating plan is based on how and what I like to eat. The accountability of checking in daily is a big part of what makes this program work. I would definitely recommend this program to others. It works.

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! The service has been top class. James, my tutor, has been excellent. Very gentle and has also taught me to be more gentle to myself. Having also had an open line of communication with Adam, the founder, I am sure that these guys are the best in the business at what they do!!! A one stop shop! Stephen

I’m really getting a lot out of this program. I actually feel like I’m learning so much about myself that is going to stick with me. It is truly a completely different approach than I’ve ever tried before. My coach is great-so responsive and offers great insights and suggestions. I love working with MyBodyTutor!

Before joining MyBodyTutor, I found myself constantly caught up in health media. I was even considering going back to frozen dinners for convenient calorie control instead of enjoying lots of nutritious whole foods for dinner and throughout the day. I actually started MyBodyTutor because a family member gifted me their coaching. What I loved about MyBodyTutor—and what really sets them apart—is the personal feedback they provide daily. They focus on whole foods and nutrition instead of just counting calories. There's coaching on setting intentions for the day, week, weekend, and even the next meal. They offer tips on creating a balanced plate for satisfaction, being well-nourished to feel good and eliminate cravings. They emphasize tuning into hunger and mindful eating, and they coach on planning treat days and managing reset days for long-term success. If you're thinking about joining, I'd say to invest in yourself and your health. Commit for a month and see what you can do.

I recommend mybodytutor 100 percent! Adam was very responsive to my initial emails and adjusted my contract as needed. I felt he really listened to my objectives, my triggers and how I best worked and found someone who matched what I needed as well as wanted. I worked with Amy to lose the last 15lbs from my small frame which was a challenge and from the start it was an easy and effective experience. I had daily calls which kept me on track and helped me focus on my triggers - going beyond just calorie counting and thinking about my lifestyle and why I was turning to food as a source of comfort. The whole process felt natural and gave me the confidence to manage on my own once I had reached my goal. I plan to use mybodytutor for "top-ups" whenever I need that extra boost. Give them a go you won't regret it!

I felt very self-conscious, upset with myself that I had returned to a high weight for me, and unsure how I was going to balance my large amount of travel and new social life while losing weight at the same time. I tried all types of diets and food deliveries, but mostly on my own. What I was missing was daily support and accountability. When I found MyBodyTutor, I hoped to lose weight and find a routine that worked for me and my work/social life. I hit my goal and overall lost 16 lbs with your program. I travel extensively, have learned again how to manage my food intake, and have recommitted to exercise when away. I am a much happier person, and I feel so much better overall. What really worked for me were the daily check-ins with someone, the daily ideas and motivational things to think about, and the pick-me-up when we fail. With the right mindset, being ready to be honest with yourself, commitment, and daily accountability… everything is fixable.

I was struggling with reaching my fitness goals. I've given things like Weight Watchers and Nutrisystem a go, but what I really needed was a coach. With some online research, I came across MyBodyTutor. I didn’t lose much weight because I didn't have much to lose in the first place, but now I'm feeling better. My clothes feel better, and I feel much stronger. It was a great experience. I learned some new things about myself and how to live a healthier life. I recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a more personal experience to hit their goals.

I just completed nine-months with My Body Tutor, and it's honestly been life-changing. My coach, Kai, was an absolute rockstar. He was there for me through every challenge and every victory, big or small. He helped me completely transform my relationship with food and health. Before My Body Tutor I struggled with fluctuating weight levels – even with regular exercise. But with Kai's guidance, I've learned to eat constantly to avoid getting overly hungry when exercising. No matter where you are on your journey, I strongly recommend joining My Body Tutor.

I had a great time working with My Body Tutor, my coach guided me through my weight loss journey, providing me with support and knowledge and confidence though-out the entire way. What they offer is not a too good to be true lose weight overnight plan, but a realistic approach to real weight loss while teaching you healthy habits to maintain once it's off. It is my belief that My Body Tutor is the only successful program that has ever been successful in helping me lose weight, I highly recommend working with them.

I was eating pretty unhealthy and didn't gain weight until recently. I've been working out, but I wasn't paying attention to my diet. Then I got referred to MyBodyTutor, and I decided to join to lose some weight. I ended up losing 16 lbs and even had to buy new clothes, which was pretty cool. Now, I just feel better about how my body looks.

I love the MyBodyTutor program. I have had a great experience in every aspect. Brett has been insightful and wise, and I finally feel for the first time in 20 years that I have control of the direction my health is going. As a client I am so stoked, and I have shared my experience with several people that I know would benefit from MyBodyTutor. Adam and his team have done a great job in creating a business that has a vision and mission that is clearly being bought into and fulfilled. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to execute even the best ideas, and Adam has turned his idea into a wonderful business that impacts so many people's lives. Please keep up the great work. As a 57-year-old man with moderate obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and a lifetime of awful eating habits, I presented quite a challenge to my coach, Amy. Life was excellent, but I was about 15 pounds overweight and did not have "good" numbers. I wasn't sure I would ever be able to get my bad eating habits under control. Amy recognized early on that every person's life experience is different, and therefore there is no "cookie cutter" approach to helping someone get healthy and lose weight. Rather, you have to ask questions, watch patterns, and experiment with different approaches until you get it just right. Amy's daily advice and comments were always spot on and kept me on track. She pushed me hard, but she also backed off from time to time to give me the space I needed to encourage me to figure things out for myself. AMY HAS BEEN AMAZING! I lost 18 pounds in 4 months working with Amy. More importantly than the weight loss, I have completely changed my eating habits and feel like an entirely new person. I have more energy, I'm thinking clearly, and everyone is telling me that I look great! While nothing is ever certain in life, I am very confident that Amy has given me the tools, knowledge, and confidence to continue to live this healthy lifestyle without her by my side every day. I would highly recommend MyBodyTutor to anyone looking for help with weight loss, eating habits, and/or lifestyle changes in general. They are the absolute best and worth every penny!

I have been so happy with MyBodyTutor. I can't believe it took me so long to get to this point to find a program like this. Though in actuality I don't know of anything else like MyBodyTutor. THANK YOU for creating this. Adam did a fantastic job pairing me with the right tutor. She has handled me better than I could have imagined or hoped for - I know I'm not easy! Here are some of the things I'm able to do that I wasn't sure I'd be able to do: -- Go on vacation to an all inclusive and not gain several pounds -- Lose weight while not feel like I'm deprived or just "waiting for this to be over" -- Exercise while on vacation - and not hate it! -- Fit in just 5-10 min of movement on days I would have done nothing -- Not count calories yet lose weight Thank you! I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time.
