I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! My coach Heather is so knowledgeable, supportive, positive, and creative! I love that she is an open book and shares her personal story as it applies to what I am experiencing.

MyBodyTutor helped me tremendously with my binge eating problems. I no longer am binging and developed a healthy lifestyle which is sustainable for the rest of my life! My tutor was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and easy to talk to. The MyBodyTutor app actually works with no technical problem and is super easy to use. I had no difficulty logging my food and effortlessly communicated with my coach, Sena. I wholeheartedly recommend the MyBodyTutor program to anyone wishing to live a healthier, better life! Elaine

My experience with MyBodyTutor has been very positive. I learned a lot about good habits, how different foods affect not only my long term health but also my short term health. I became much more attuned to how I felt after eating and have basically eliminated “food comas” from my daily life, which has made a big difference. Overall, my quality of life is a lot better thanks to MyBodyTutor.

I cannot believe that in just 10.5 weeks I have lost 20 lbs and am now back in the 170's for the first time since 2006. I am noticeably stronger and healthier from my improvements in exercise, sleep and hydration. I feel like I've been given my life back! I am so grateful -- to have found MyBodyTutor, to have Jason as my tutor/coach, and to be on a path to such a happier place. Thank you!

I was overwhelmed with all my responsibilities and was eating emotionally as a coping mechanism. I primarily work from home, and after I dropped my kid off at daycare and got to my desk to work, I’d eat lots of snacks from my kitchen to get myself started at work, as I was unmotivated at my job and didn’t have accountability to stop me. In the past, I used Weight Watchers (both in person as a teenager and online only more recently), MyFitnessPal, and Noom. I went to a nutritionist at 8 years old, and I went to a weight loss summer camp in high school. In the years after college, I would go through a cycle where I decided I wanted to lose weight, would start whatever program on January 1, would be really disciplined and do all the calorie counting and time-consuming meal prep, I’d lose about 20 pounds, and then summer would roll around and I’d go on vacation and have more fun social plans, have less time for meal prep and fewer meals at home, and I would stop whatever program and eventually gain the weight back. I learned about MyBodyTutor during Adam's mentor call in Brandon Turner's BetterLife Tribe. The program's cost was a lot higher than any others I’d done before, and I was resistant to investing in myself in that way. I was also worried that it would be more time-consuming than I had time for in my busy life. Still, I hoped that I would lose more weight than the plateau I had previously always hit, that it would feel easy and not restrictive in my life, that I would build sustainable healthy habits and maintain the weight loss. I lost 20 pounds, which is awesome, but it came off so much more easily than before by making realistic changes in my life. My husband and I are trying for another child, so in talking with my coach, I decided it would be better for my body to stay at this healthy weight that feels comfortable rather than trying to get past this plateau where I’ve commonly ended up. I had originally hoped to lose more weight and have a more dramatic transformation, but it just doesn’t feel right for my life right now. However, this time I feel much more confident that I can maintain the weight loss and healthy habits I’ve built, because I’m not feeling restricted or spending hours each week on meal prep. One of the most impactful things I’m taking away was a piece of guidance from Adam about emotional eating, how doing so is not really fair to yourself because eating to comfort yourself doesn’t actually address what is making you unhappy. After achieving my goals with MyBodyTutor, I have been working on my mindset and started working with a business coach to help my career. I feel comfortable about what the weight loss means and what it doesn’t, and I’m energized to continue working on other areas of my life that need attention. If you’re hesitant to spend the money or the time on yourself, I want to tell you that you deserve it. You deserve the gift of health. I believe in health at every size, so while I had a lot of resistance at the thought of needing to lose weight to be healthy, I’m ending up at a place where I truly believe I’ve become a “healthy person," and that is so much more important to me than a physical image or metric of what health is “supposed to” look like.

After having two kids, I felt like my goals were too difficult to achieve. I thought I knew what to do but after a few weeks of trying to reset my goals I would fall back into my normal habits over and over. I really needed someone by my side to help me learn long term tools that would last. I did exercise but a lot of my eating was emotional or just because, which would derail any exercise I did. I needed a better balance. The one on one attention and having constant support got me to succeed at my goals and actually well surpass them. MyBodyTutor focuses on commitment and lifestyle change. This program is not a one time fix for a temporary goal. This is a forever change. I am healthier, stronger, and fitter than I have ever been in my life. With the tools I learned from my coach, I feel confident with my daily food and exercise choices and know the choices I make are going to make me feel good.

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor. I can't believe my tutor is this patient with me. Helping me to value small shifts when I might overlook them. It takes longer than we think to reset and recover. I'm in a big reset phase just really coming to terms with how hard things have been. I have to make small changes b/c I don't have my "old" or former capacity to go all out. She's helping me honour that and value what seem like small steps but highlighting them for me helps me when I can't necessarily see them for myself. It's impossible to always coach ourselves! And it's so super nice to have someone checking in on me, in my corner, thinking about what could make my life/health better, mapping it out. It's just too hard to go it alone sometimes. So I'm super grateful for this support!!!

I was desperate to find something that would help me to lose weight. I had lost a significant amount of weight with a different program previously, but gained it all back during a stressful time in my life. I kept going back to it and started and stopped multiple times without success. It involved logging calories, which I hated to do and knew it was not sustainable long term for me. I came across MyBodyTutor in the new year on social media, and kept coming back to look at it, but was hesitant to start. In a moment of desperation I made the free call and talked to Adam, and with the money back guarantee, I thought I’d have nothing to lose (but weight) so I signed up. I filled out the questionnaire and Adam paired me up with a wonderful tutor who matched the coaching style I best respond to. The personal accountability in this program is like no other, and I think that is the key to success in this program! As long as you are honest with yourself and log everything, you will see results, because as I’ve learned, your body is a bad liar and it will show what you do to it! I’ve learned so much from my tutor’s feedback, Adam’s daily thoughts, and the emails. It has helped me have a mindset shift about my health journey and I am so grateful. Having someone to give feedback over everything every single day, offer practical advice, and then celebrate your wins with you is so encouraging! The best part is that my changes are spilling over to my family, and my husband and kids are making good choices for themselves too! Taking better care of myself is allowing me to take better care of my family. I am still on this journey, and I have a lot to learn, but I have MyBodyTutor to thank for setting me on a good path forward. Thank you for creating such an effective and powerful program! This is the real deal. 5 stars!

I’ve tried Weight Watchers, meal plans, macro counting - I’ve done a lot of yo-yo dieting, especially over the past 2.5 years since having kids. The biggest thing missing is that I wasn’t focusing on mindful eating or an 80/20 lifestyle…I’d go all in for 6 weeks and then quit. My sister told me about MyBodyTutor! She had friends that were using it. But I was definitely hesitant about the cost. It’s a lot of money for a mom of two toddlers to spend, but I’d been trying on my own for 2.5 years to lose the “last 15 pounds.” I knew I needed external accountability to get there. My biggest fear was that I’d fail! I definitely had moments of self-sabotage, and I really had to dive into the reasons why that was coming up for me. There was a lot more mental work with MyBodyTutor than I was expecting, but food is not just food, so it was necessary work to get the results I wanted. The daily accountability is huge! I needed that. I achieved my goal of losing 15 pounds. Now, I move my body every day, I walk a lot, and I try to make decent food choices 80% of the time. It’s definitely not easy - I have days and even weeks where I get off track, but now I have the resources and knowledge to bring mindfulness back to my meals. I’d say if you’re looking to make permanent changes, this is the program for you. There is so much more tied to food than JUST food - if you’re willing to put in the work to unpack your feelings and emotions around food, then MyBodyTutor is for you. Figuring out why you’re eating is just as important as what you’re eating. I’m still working on it every day, but I’m in a much better place after working with MyBodyTutor! I started wanting to lose 15 pounds. Now, I’m focused on keeping the weight off and getting stronger. It’s not just about a number on the scale anymore.

MyBodyTutor, my coach’s feedback and Adam’s emails specifically, has been a tremendous help in improving my health. Not only do I feel more energetic and comfortable, but my blood chemistry lab results have improved greatly. My blood pressure has also gone down enough that I’m almost ready to quit my medication. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, my intuition for what I should/shouldn’t eat and even what I want to eat is healthier now, thanks to the program.

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! There are absolutely a few things I didn't think I could do before starting the program. Starting again when I went a week without losing weight, or recovering after I ate something (or a few things) I wasn't actually hungry for, or losing weight on vacation (just did that!). But at the heart of it was that I had given up believing that I could lose weight at all at my age. And it turns out I can :).

In my opinion and experience, Body Tutor is the best program available for helping with food and eating-related challenges. Additionally, due to the high-quality interactions and customer service, I also think it is one of the best businesses on the internet and anywhere. I will list a few of the things I like most about my experience, but I encourage anybody to look into it for themselves because the program adapts to the unique needs of each person who seeks their help. For me, Body Tutor provided helpful wisdom and insights that helped me shift undesirable eating patterns. I now am released from unhealthy cravings and patterns that I’ve struggled with most of my life. Thank you, Body Tutor! Each day, Adam and your coach send you useful information and tips I learned that will guide me the rest of my life. The program provides excellent structure and equally ideal support, guidance, accountability and flexibility. They made a point to understand my unique needs, to hear my requests and to respond in the most helpful way. I benefited greatly from this combination of information, structure, guidance, support, accountability and flexibility. One of the things I find most remarkable is that Adam Gilbert, who created and still runs Body Tutor responds directly and in person when you have questions or need help. This personal touch pervades the program and demonstrates how committed to you Adam and his coaches are. I am so grateful I have found Body Tutor! Susan K

I really enjoyed my coaching experience with MyBodyTutor. My coach Margeaux helped give me the tools and skills to feel more confident about my relationship with food and good habits. Together we worked on improving my body image concerns, and overall set me up with good habits for success. I liked that she was available for a grounded perspective when I was hard on myself, and gave me gentle encouragement on things I needed to improve.

I'm officially one month in and have been really enjoying my experience thus far. Josua is a GREAT coach! I can't believe I've walked every day for a month when I couldn't get myself to walk one (1!!) time per week before. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

This is the best nutrition/weight loss program that I have followed and I have tried many. I like the fact that it has built in accountability with a coach - that keeps me on track and honest. I also appreciate that it starts from where you are in terms of your eating preferences and then makes gradual changes that move you towards healthier eating and weight loss that is sustainable. I have learned to trust my body much more and to follow its cues. I feel that i have found a way of eating that I can follow for life.

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor. My coach held me accountable, kept me on track, and offered invaluable advice both from a nutrition and endurance training perspective in my pursuit of my first Triathlon. Weight loss was not a goal of mine, I was after a more qualitative goal of supplementing my physical training with the right nutrition. I was nervous that without a weight loss goal, it might be hard to measure the success of my efforts however that was certainly not the case. I learned a lot from my experience and hope to take all of what I learned forward in future races.
