I am loving MyBodyTutor! I am learning a lot! It is a freeing feeling to approach food in a different way. Nothing is bad or prohibited unlike all the other diets I have been on. My coach is excellent. I am learning a lot about healthy choices with her. Excellent coach that is helping me in my specific circumstances of work and family to learn about food, and how emotions influence choices.

I learned so much from working with Cheryl at My Body Tutor. The program was instrumental in helping me have more awareness around food and why I am motivated to use food for other purposes instead of fuel. I really appreciate learning to slow down and listen to my body, instead of just using other methods like counting calories or points, that may help you lose weight short-term, but don’t really help you get in touch with your body and what will serve you best. It also helped me grow to value movement and exercise for how they make me feel, instead of just feeling like something I have to do. The phone calls with Cheryl were great for helping me see my progress, and also to dig deeper into challenges, to problem solve and find solutions to tricky times or scenarios where I fall into traps of over-eating. It also helped me find ways to support myself and my well-being in useful ways instead of using food. I’m still a work in progress but I feel like this program has given me so many tools I can use for the rest of my life to support my health and wellness. I also love the videos and emails from Adam and Hailey. They are so insightful and helpful…and fun. I’m so grateful for this program and its teachers.

For the longest time I struggled to get my weight under control - it's a familiar story to many people. I would try a diet, I would tell myself THIS time it will be different, and for a while it would be. However, inevitably, my mind and body would rebel and I would fall back into the same old habits. Then I would always commit to starting the next day, or week, or month, and we all know how that goes. The system Adam has set up here with the help of his awesome coaches is a system for sustained success. The addition of true 3rd party accountability over a long time frame generates real and true results that, by the end, feel as routine as waking up and brushing my teeth. And while there are ebbs and flows, and things aren't always in a straight line, the coaching through those moments, both good and bad, is so incredibly helpful and has allowed me to lose and keep off 25lbs. I couldn't recommend MyBodyTutor more to anyone seeking a true lifestyle and mindset change. It won't be easy, but nothing good ever is.

My Body Tutor's weight loss techniques are simple and effective. Coach Angie taught me to listen to my body and my hunger cues, which is a much more sustainable method for me than other weight loss programs I have done. I felt that she really cared about me, never judged me and always encouraged me. I highly recommend this program to help back on track and to be able to use moving forward. Adam was flexible and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate the care I received in my experience with My Body Tutor.

My tutor helped me reframe my all-or-nothing mindset and soften my inner critic. Margeaux’s coaching style made a lasting impact - I’m used to bullying myself so her method of gentle nudges and finding and celebrating even the smallest positives on a difficult day was like a soothing balm. She showed me that it’s about the small, consistent actions that build over time, rather than striving for perfection. She guided me to see that it’s not just about the numbers on the scale, but about building lasting habits around exercise and food. These changes are helping me shape the healthy identity I am creating. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I honestly have been shocked at how much of a difference this program has made. I’ll be real, my expectations weren’t very high when I started but it had definitely blown past them! I'm noticing significant improvement in my weight and making healthier choices with my diet. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

Angie has been a phenomenal partner for my weight loss and maintenance journey. She really empathized with and understood the struggles of the postpartum journey. She has been kind and supportive while keeping me accountable to my own goals. I couldn't have done it without her and MyBodyTutor.

I had reached a state of frustration in my weight loss where no matter what program, diet, etc. I tried, my weight did not move for months and I actually began seeing a creep in weight gain. I know to keep bumpers on weight gain so I searched for alternatives. I stumbled on My Body Tutor (MBT) with great reviews and successes from other Clients. The program is a combination of great and consistent personal support combined with great coaching in content around nutrition, incorporating activity, and understanding the mental and emotional balance that can lead to reaching one's goals. My goal was to lose 16 pounds and more importantly, build habits and routines where searching for a diet solution was a thing of the past. I lost 10 pounds at my sharing this review. I have done so by eating foods I enjoy, having an activity level that is fun and consistent, and gaining the confidence I am building a routine I can sustain. I want to recognize my coach, Annette as well as Adam and his Team for building a healthy, long term solution in weight maintenance and management. I highly recommend the change the program provides and the great support that ensures your success as you partner with and commit to your goals.

I tried so many other top name diet plans and only to fail until I found MyBody Tutor. I developed a new relationship with food and having your own accountability coach in your corner made a difference. I highly recommend the program!

I've tried many other programs but this one is head and shoulders above all. Having a tutor to guide you is priceless, and the benefits are everlasting. It trained me to make (and enjoy) smart desicions about what I want to eat and almost as a side effect losing weight. I lost 15 punds in less then 2 months! Couldn't have found a better way than this!!

I joined MyBodyTutor after losing 20 pounds on my own but hitting a plateau, and they took me to levels I never thought I'd see again. With their guidance, I’ve lost almost another 20 pounds, but beyond that, they’ve completely reshaped my understanding of nutrition. I was shocked at how little I actually knew about what I was consuming. Thanks to MyBodyTutor, I no longer eat or drink without knowing exactly what’s in it and where it came from. These fundamentals of nutrition are things I will carry with me for the rest of my life. MyBodyTutor has truly been a game changer, and I’ve recommended them to many people already. I continue to refer them to our patients at my private practice because I trust the program to deliver real, lasting results.

My body tutor is a wonderful program. I find it really works well getting daily feedback from my tutor. I actually read it, absorb the information and apply it to my daily routine. It comes naturally to me now on so many levels. My habits changed quite a bit each week. Highly recommended by me.

My Body Tutorial is an amazing program that will help you learn how to address your eating habits that are driven by habit and emotion. You will be given tools to use to change the ways that have sabotaged you when you want to improve your eating and your health. The counseling is invaluable and the feedback given is so encouraging. My coach, Danielle has been a wonderful coach through this process. She is personable, compassionate, and always willing to help and offer tips. I like the focus on small changes. I'm always trying to do 10 things at once. Eat the right food, movement, etc. on day 1, and that hasn't worked before. Slowing down the process and really looking at where I can make small changes is a whole new mindset. Some days I resist it and think I have to do all the things, but my coach is very good at reminding me and encouraging me to focus on one or two things at a time and make small changes that can easily be part of my day. I love that. I'm thrilled that I'm not hearing so much brain chatter around food. Urges to binge are few and far between and I'm moving more. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I spent about a year and a half working with Margeaux at MyBodyTutor and it was a really great experience. Having some external accountability to hold me to my goals as they changed throughout the months was really transformational. I built a toolbox of new ways to deal with anxiety that don’t involve reaching for food, and I finally added regular weight training to my exercise routine - something I had been trying to incorporate for years. I am feeling stronger, fitter, and more in control of my food choices than I did last year. Thanks, MyBodyTutor!
