I was stuck and knew I could not achieve weight loss goals on my own – I needed coaching and accountability to make this specific life change work. I found MyBodyTutor by doing a web search, studied the process, and decided this was for me. I was fearful that it would just be too hard and I wouldn’t be successful, but I committed and it really worked well for me. Adam paired me with Micki, who has been outstanding in coaching me to lose almost 30 pounds! She is resourceful, encouraging, and trustworthy every step of the way. I looked forward to her feedback and what she had to say about my specific needs as a 50-year-old female dealing with so much more than weight loss - hormones, sleep, stress, perfection, and letting go of things I really don’t need. Micki taught me how to find balance with macros, introduced me to beneficial supplements, how to get more out of exercise, and to be flexible. I learned to open up to a new way of thinking – specifically being ok with being uncomfortable - and that I am much stronger than I thought I was. I feel so much better knowing that I have the power to create a good balance of healthy food, mindful indulgences, and regular exercise that nourishes my mental and physical health. My body is less swollen, less achy from inflammation, and I am definitely more energized. I feel like I can offer a better version of myself to those I love and to those I encounter each and every day. The education, encouragement, and experience I’ve had with MyBodyTutor has been rich in offering life changing habits that I am very grateful for. I can say I’m so proud of how far I’ve come… and this success means so much. Thank you for helping me see and feel how better health & fitness impacts my life.

My experience with Conor and MyBodyTutor was transformative. I shed over 30 lbs and am now in the best condition I've ever been—both fit and strong. The simple approach of listing my foods, rather than obsessing over calories, was refreshingly effective. Conor’s expert guidance was crucial not just for weight loss and building strength, but also for helping me understand the critical role of sleep. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I've tried running, conventional gym workouts, and all the diets you can think of. I was struggling with stress eating, and I thought the dad bod was permanent. When Brandon Turner mentioned MyBodyTutor on his podcast, I hoped to get back into shape to be an example for my kids and ultimately feel better about myself. Despite the cost and feeling like a failure for not being able to solve this problem on my own, I decided to join. I started at 265 pounds, and now I'm down to 225 in just four months. I had set a goal of 225, thinking it would never be achievable. I was surprised MyBodyTutor is not a restrictive diet program. It’s so simple, and that’s what makes it effective. The customizability to each person's needs is what will make it a lifelong mindset for me. If you're on the fence, don't wait. Do it! It completely changed my life!

MyBodyTutor has fundamentally changed the way I view food and fitness. Through the program, I learned sustainable habits that allowed me to lose 20 lbs and keep it off. My favorite part of MyBodyTutor is the focus on building a personalized framework for long term health, rather than employing the latest crash diet or fitness fad. My coach showed me where my blind spots were and worked with me to figure out strategies to deal with them. One of my blind spots was social meals with friends or family. Before MyBodyTutor, I didn't know how to handle situations where I didn't have control over my food environment. Through MyBodyTutor, I learned practical tools to enjoy these occasions without derailing my goals. For anyone who has struggled with going at weight loss alone, I would highly recommend MyBodyTutor.

Prior to having my son, I had been extremely fit and active. After a difficult delivery and recovery, I struggled to lose the baby weight I had gained. Then Covid hit, and all of my healthy habits I had pre-baby were impossible to restore. I knew what I should be doing, but every day felt like a mountain I had to climb, with no strength or willpower left to make healthy choices. I tried at-home food delivery services, Noom, and a group health class through Kaiser, but when I inevitably found myself falling off track after a month or so in, I'd give up and quit. Even though I had been quite healthy in the past, I still struggled with never feeling "full" and always wanted to keep eating even when others had stopped. I'd go back for seconds or sneak another slice (pizza, cake, etc.) when no one else was around. I figured this was something I'd always struggle with and that I would never be able to overcome it. I first came across MyBodyTutor through an online search. I had been a part of a weekly accountability program through my health insurance, and while it was informative, a group setting only once a week wasn't enough to keep me on track. I knew there had to be something out there that could help me daily, one-on-one, so I hit up Google. I found a few other programs, but they said they could easily prescribe Ozempic, and that wasn't what I was looking for. MyBodyTutor seemed to be the natural approach I needed, so I figured I'd give it a try! I honestly wasn't sure that MyBodyTutor would work, since nothing else had in the past. The amount of weight I needed to lose seemed insurmountable, and I didn't think I'd be able to re-implement self-discipline after so many years of not prioritizing my health. I had low hopes before joining, but I figured if I could just start heading in the right direction, that would be enough. I wanted to end my thirties feeling like I had control over my health and could head into my forties with better habits so I could stay active for my son. Despite it being obvious, I am in awe at what consistency can accomplish! Little changes over a long period of time have genuinely changed my life, and I have gone from having a "lose it quick" mindset to one of a lifestyle change. Exercise has become a regular part of my life again, and I have found ways to fit it into my busy schedule. There have been periods where I've relaxed on my routine, but am now able to get back on track easily. Best of all, I have self-control and can easily find balance between indulgence and overeating in a way I never could before! The personal, one-on-one accountability has made my experience with MyBodyTutor completely different than anything else I've tried. Instead of trying to stay consistent on my own (which never worked long-term), having a coach who understood the challenges of finding time to take care of myself while also working & parenting made all the difference. She was able to remind me to stay on course and helped me adapt and find solutions to the issues that arose. No other "one-size-fits-all" program out there could have done this. One of my favorite things about MyBodyTutor has been learning the mindset that food is an important part of life, and that indulgences and treats can be woven into a healthy lifestyle without guilt. I can now enjoy the occasional ice cream with my son or a cocktail with friends without feeling "bad" because I planned it into my eating and can now practice portion control. Planning ahead what I am going to indulge in has helped me to mindfully enjoy versus mindlessly binge, and this has changed everything for me!

I had lost 3 people I deeply cared about over the past year and had sunk into deep grief and depression, only doing what I had to do. The rest of the time I sat in my recliner with the remote control and ate take out food delivered by DoorDash. As spring arrived I realized that I was in a bad state and that I couldn't get out by myself. Over a period of several weeks I began to research solutions and made calls to weight loss programs that wanted me to subscribe to their food packages and/or put me on medication. I eventually decided on the MyBodyTutor program because they weren't trying to sell me any products, just walk with me and support me in the process. Over the 3 months that I worked with them, my coach helped me get out of the recliner and back to the gym for the first time in years. I put on my sneaks and began walking again and I became much more conscious about what I was eating and why. I still have a way to go, but I'm so grateful for the help I needed to start taking better care of myself.

Many times I've attempted to hold myself accountable for the long term, but with the busyness of life and every other excuse, I just never stuck to it. At 45, my ability to get back into shape like I was in my 20s was a concern due to the time and effort it would take. Accountability was what I needed, and when I found MyBodyTutor, I jumped on board. My hope was that having a coach who would simply hold me accountable daily would help me do what I said I would do. Now, I'm at a stage where I feel comfortable maintaining on a daily basis. I've lost around 25 pounds and definitely feel more mental clarity and healthier overall. What makes MyBodyTutor different is that they do what they say they're going to do. At times, you might want to take a break from the daily conversations, but you know you shouldn't if you want to get the results you desire. Most of us know what to do and have the resources and time to do it if we prioritize it. What most of us don't have is accountability. In business, personal life, and weight loss, accountability is the key. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I wanted to get educated on how food affects my health and came across MyBodyTutor. I got assigned a coach and she helped me educate on what helps and doesn't help me specifically in terms of food choices specifically for me with my lifestyle. Daily. A lot of other alternatives in the market lack daily human accountability which is really what I needed. This helped me eat right, which affected my ability to work effectively & my overall relationship with food. I'd highly recommend anyone who's interested in eating healthier to try MyBodyTutor especially for the human accountability aspect of it. I love it!

I would certainly recommend My Body Tutor for its flexible and versatile platform. Whatever barrier you’re experiencing in your journey to better health and wellness, My Body Tutor can accommodate it. I personally was feeling burnt out from a decade-plus of dieting and my coach was able to work around that particular aversion while still keeping the scale moving in a positive direction. Great value for the services rendered!

I've been with MyBodyTutor for the past two months and have really enjoyed their program. When I decided to stop using the service, I was charged for a third month. Naturally, I was worried that I might not get that money back. but when I contacted them, they refunded my payment right away without any hassle. This experience truly showed me the integrity of MyBodyTutor. They prioritize their clients and operate with genuine honesty. Before joining MyBodyTutor I did not think I could eat food I enjoyed while losing weight, and I did not think I would no longer crave fast food every week. I also did not think I could get under 200 pounds (this fast or, frankly, at all), and here we are. I am honestly blown away at how successful I have been with MyBodyTutor!

I am a nurse practitioner who has a lot of education and experience in nutrition. As life goes, I would often neglect my own health in my busy day to day routine. I found My Body Tutor as a program that could help me get back on track and refocus my attention on my diet and fitness. For me it is having that daily accountability that works, and My Body Tutor provides that very well. I was matched up with a tutor/coach who was able to see what I needed and how I liked to work. I only had 10# I wanted to lose, but for anyone who has tried to lose weight you know that the last ten pounds is the hardest. After just a month of working with My Body Tutor I was right back on track with mindfully monitoring my food intake and choices, plus I had really recommitted to my daily fitness activities. So whether you have a large amount of weight you want to lose or even just ten to fifteen pounds, My Body Tutor can help you reach your goals. Adam, the founder of My Body Tutor, is personally involved with each client and offers ongoing support in addition to your tutor. This is a rarity in today’s environment of big chain weight loss and fitness companies. You can really see the difference in quality of service when the owner is involved in the day to day operation of a company.

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! I love the fact I actually talk to my Tutor once a week in addition to the daily written feedback. I feel that is a major benefit offered!!! I also like Adam and Haley's videos. I really like the things they concentrate on, more so the mind over behavior aspect. They do a great job with that. I also really like how you guys emphasize how important it is to do your daily journal. Seriously I didn't think it was that big of a deal but it's a big deal. It really keeps me focused and accountable which is another real benefit that this program offers. I'm very happy I found MyBodyTutor, it's been extremely helpful!

MyBodyTutor, Adam and my coach Brett crushed it for me. They helped me gain visibility on how my healthy eating could be refined even further and in a way where I didn't feel deprived. Where I actually enjoyed the change. As for exercise, I had tried many different things and nothing really stuck. These guys helped me get out of my rut and back to extremely frequent movement. I've tried diets, books, you name it. But what was missing from all those was mentorship. When Sam Parr from the My First Million podcast mentioned MyBodyTutor, my hope was to eliminate binge eating. Now, I'm down 10 pounds, I have eliminated binge eating, and I'm very happy. MyBodyTutor truly cares. The coaches are excellent, and the program is extremely flexible and realistic for everyday life. My advice to anyone thinking about joining? Invest in yourself; you won't regret it.

I came to My Body Tutor because I was not feeling good about my eating behaviors and mindset. I am going through a second divorce. I also had to recently have my 17 yr old poodle to sleep. I had him since a puppy and he so important to me. I was in grief. I was alone and feeling numb. I needed to get some healthy routines back in place. I needed to create more self compassion. I needed support and accountability. I had a "why does it even matter" attitude. My coach, Lenora, helped me get back on track with the support and accountability I needed. She was able to relate to the pain of losing a loving pet. I was numb with grief and didn't want to go on walks where I used to walk my dog. She helped me to get back to doing those walks again. I had signed up for a trail race at the beginning of the year. I had no motivation and didn't train much and was dealing with some foot pain . With Lenora's support, I kept to the weekly goals without putting pressure on myself. I ran the race with a different mindset than races in the past..and that was to be in peace and enjoy it. I did the race and was so glad I did! There's great satisfaction in facing challenges head-on. Lenora helped me better improve my eating habits. Pausing and planning helped me with emotional eating. Putting positive actions in place helped me deal with the thoughts and feelings. Her daily feedback was so helpful. She cares and listens to the real you..I am grateful for her getting me back to good routines. I am able to get back on track if I have a slip. Note to all: “Consistency IS the only ‘magic bullet’ “ . Healthy habits are a dynamic process. Grief and loss are a part of the human experience. I'm handling things better in so many ways. I was heading down a bad track of packing on pounds if I didn't change things. I made a change for myself. I'm glad I reached out for support from MBT when I needed it. Thank you, Lenora. When I joined the program at MyBodyTutor, I was in bad shape. I had always been a person who worked out and lifted weights, but my diet was out of control. At my highest weight, I was 320 pounds and got winded just walking one flight of stairs. I felt like I had no hope. I knew I needed an accountability partner but I didn't have anyone I could rely on at the time. Then I found MyBodyTutor through a simple Google search. MyBodyTutor has a system of accountability which was so helpful in my food addiction recovery. When I first started, I met with Heather, my tutor, everyday for the first 6 months. Then I moved to talking once per week (but with daily checking via email/text). Her constant encouragement while challenging me was exactly what I needed. She gave me a simple plan to follow that fit my busy lifestyle and we worked together to break some really bad habits. Constant practice and encouragement really helped me break the cycle I was in and by the end of the 6 months, I had lost 35 pounds. But even more importantly, I felt I had hope again. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor for anyone who needs that system of accountability. It will give you hope, and sometimes - that is everything.
