My coach, Danielle has been a wonderful coach through this process. She is personable, compassionate, and always willing to help and offer tips. I like the focus on small changes. I'm always trying to do 10 things at once. Eat the right food, movement, etc. on day 1, and that hasn't worked before. Slowing down the process and really looking at where I can make small changes is a whole new mindset. Some days I resist it and think I have to do all the things, but my coach is very good at reminding me and encouraging me to focus on one or two things at a time and make small changes that can easily be part of my day. I love that. I'm thrilled that I'm not hearing so much brain chatter around food. Urges to binge are few and far between and I'm moving more. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!
