“LOVE IT! I have been using MPC since 2015 for all my flock needs and I still have laying hens from my 2016 order! We will never use another company for our chicks as they promise to send healthy chicks, and have a guarantee for chicks and potential sexing errors! They provide excellent customer service for just about anything!”

“I love My Pet Chicken. I have been ordering my supplies from them for years. Recently I ordered hatching eggs. Unfortunately only one of the eggs hatched. The company immediately sent out a new batch of eggs. They are so great.”

“I have ordered from My Pet Chicken several times, live poultry and products. They are excellent! There selection, quality, and customer care cannot be beat. I have tried several hatcheries along my journey with so much frustration and sadness. Once I found My Pet Chicken, that was it, I have not looked back. They are my "go to" 100%. If you haven't tried them because you are still unsure and hesitant on a possible rough experience - don't worry anymore or waist another second. My Pet Chicken IS all you are ever going to need.”

“I expeirence great losses in the first 48 hours due to a rough shipment and no heat source in the box (70% loss). The staff at MPC were very helpful with assisting me during the losses with tips/guidance and with the refund process. However, I do think the shipping material in the box could use improvement: I receieved very weak chicks in a box with maybe an inch deep of bedding and no heat source... they traveled through areas which dropped to mid 30's at night. It was quite upsetting. The chicks that survived are now pullets and cockerles, all of them very pretty and sweet. They have beautiful plumage + colors and are strong social birds; they have the fluffiest muffs & tuffs too! I do recccomend MPC and the birds they produce, just very disappointed in the packaging department of the company. I ordered a few more birds for this upcoming chick season and am excited, but will be reaching out to MPC personally in regarding to packaging the chicks warm due to delivery area.”

“Great organization! I am impressed with the capabilities regarding number of chicken species maintained and the shipping methodology. Although one of mine died in transport, the other two have grown into healthy, good and strong adults. I am in process now of integrating Henry into the flock of four older girls and they are resisting. I have asked for your advise. Henry is now 18 weeks old.”

“The chicks I ordered were all in good health and shipped promptly. We lost 5 out of 20 chicks in the day or two after they arrived, but customer service reimbursed us for the lost chicks. I will definitely order from them again.”
