“Popped down to the showroom to look at a new washing machine - the staff were super! Really helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't pester us into making a decision, but came and saw how we were getting on every 15 mins or so - really appreciated this level of sales service. Would definitely recommend visiting NE appliances!”

“Easy online purchase with very helpful support from the ladies on the helpdesk. The two chaps delivered the cooker at the specified time and called beforehand so I knew they were on their way. They carried the cooker up a very steep street and through the house to avoid damaging the floor. They installed the cooker and took me through how to turn it on etc. Very positive experience overall and I would both use NE Appliances again and would recommend it to others.”

“Had to arrange for the replacement and installation of a fridge freezer at short notice. Really felt looked after by Ophelia in sales who arranged delivery around my work schedule. Same with delivery team, who phoned in the morning to confirm and then completed the job. Very happy with whole process and highly recommended.”

“Hotpoint cooker is amazing - but more amazing was the service given by Aaron to myself, a fraught customer, whose daughter had been let down badly by another retailer. Having dealt with NE ourselves with the purchase of kitchen units and appliances, I rang the order line. Courteous, helpful and only too keen to try to resolve our problem. Needless to say, not only was the choice of appliance available but it was delivered within 2 days. The delivery driver has to be applauded as well, having seen the notice on the door of my daughter's house about not knocking because of the newly born baby - he used his head and rang our number to make sure she could knock the door. Well done everyone!”

“Excellent service very helpful from sale s to customer service and fast delivery the men who delivered were also so very helpful in taking away wrap asking if all was ok. “very good service could not get a delivery date on line so rang up and the lady on the phone arranged a Saturday delivery. and both the delivery men were very helpful removed our old machine and installed new machine, as for the machine it is working fine haven't had any issues yet.”
