“I was kept informed of delivery times a minor problem was sorted with no fuss. The delivery staff were very helpful and took great care in bringing the goods into my property. I would recommend NE appliances. Excellent all round service”

“In a word, brilliant. 5 stars. Sam helped us choose a new cooker and dishwasher. She was knowledgeable and efficient, and after answering all our questions, gave us lots of time and space on the shop floor to discuss options between ourselves. We felt very comfortable, and not at all pressured - consequently, we were confident to make an order. There was some small confusion, meaning the wrong appliance was delivered. But Sam sorted it out so well and efficiently, with good grace and a sense of humour. Much appreciated. Delivery and installation team were also great. Friendly, professional, good value. I wouldn't go anywhere else for appliances now!”

“They really came through for us when we needed it. Couldn't find a fridge/freezer anywhere when ours stopped working in the middle of the hottest week of the year! All the major retailers could only provide delivery and installation in 3-4 weeks time. NE Appliances provided delivery and installation within 2 working days, the guys who came to install were courteous and efficient. Fantastic all around, would definitely recommend.”

“An easy to use website and a simple to use payment system. A great range of products and prices. Sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable, when I had to contact them by phone, about my purchase. Their delivery men contacted me in advance to let me know that they were on their way. They delivered my washer/dryer carefully in to my flat. After unpacking it, they efficiently and quickly connected it to both the water supply and waste pipe without any leaks. Both delivery men were polite and respectful. They also complied with all current COVID guidance. Extremely happy with NE Appliances. Will certainly use again.”
