“We are satisfied with the product and the customer service support staff. However the software application can be improved by making it more customer intuitive. I would like to be able to select a date when we require water to be delivered, to enter the number of bottles of water required, to receive a confirmation text and also to receive an SMS when the delivery will be made on the day so that we have sufficient time to put out the empty bottles for collection. Thanks”

“Been with Neverfail since they took over the other company we were with some 10 + years ago good people to work with Our Driver who brings our water always happy to call you back if you leave a message, Sadly my lady pass away so do not So I only need water every 3 months now very happy with these people”

“I've been using Neverfail Spring Water in my home for over 25 years , my water cooler has been upgraded in that time . It's so convenient to have both cold & boiling water available instantly. Excellent customer service, convenience of delivery & value for money makes it a good choice”

“I feel that there should be a term limit to the yearly charge of the cooler that is payed as we end up paying the cost of the cooler many times over. I mean you just put the water bottle price up which is already another monthly bill as it is then to be hit with this yearly cooler cost gets a bit much.”

“Poor communication. Very long wait times on the Phone and Chat lines. Email takes up to 1 week plus before you get a response. When messages are left to update an order it is 100% always messed up. Really need more effective and efficient Staff/Customer Service Staff to handle orders appropriately. Also charges need to be formatted more clearly. Yes after 2 plus years-I discontinued this Account and moved to another Company.”
