Poor communication. Very long wait times on the Phone and Chat lines. Email takes up to 1 week plus before you get a response.
When messages are left to update an order it is 100% always messed up. Really need more effective and efficient Staff/Customer Service Staff to handle orders appropriately. Also charges need to be formatted more clearly. Yes after 2 plus years-I discontinued this Account and moved to another Company.
