JM2 at One Claim Insurance was extremely helpful with my claim today. The process was explained clearly, and I felt supported throughout the conversation. I made a claim as I had an accident and everything went really well staff excellent everything fine for me. Perfect so thanks for that. However I had a query about my claim after you sorted everything and had a very difficult time trying to get the chat line. When I did I did not realise after 3 mins if there is no chat it goes off. I tried 4 times and on the 4th time managed to get an answer. It is difficult as I am a bit older to cope with this and not being able to speak to a person. Maybe you can have a call line for over 60's . I would give 5 stars for your claim service which was excellent but 3 stars trying to get a follow uo on the claim. The portal did not give me the answer I was looking for.

This is a review for customer service team member AC3. This bloke did a tremendous job today of arranging the pick up of a broken down One Call Claim courtesy car. Having been left in a difficult position in a remote place (after borrowing a passers-by phone as my phone had no signal) by an operator who said my policy wouldn’t cover the collection of the OC car as it wasn’t my own car…. 🤦🏼‍♀️ AC3 sorted it all out on once I got to a dry place and was able to call OC again using my own phone. It took time but AC3 kept me in the loop until the breakdown truck was on the way. Well done for going the extra mile in customer service. Thank you. You have no idea how much I appreciate your superb service today.

This review is for Joel JW3, and not the telephone agent i spoke to previously, who was awful. I originally rang the call centre and challenged the mileage that had been put down in the report from the garage. I knew this was between 2-3 miles more than it had actually done. The telephone agent was as good as saying I was lying. He said we have a photo and it clearly says 58,000 miles. I said have you got the photo in front of you and he said yes. After 15 mins of me arguing and saying that’s impossible, he told me to ring the garage. I rang the garage and spoke to Joel JW3, he was an extremely pleasant young man, who actually used his common sense. He said that the mileage stated seemed far to high considering I’d only had the car less than two months. He took the time to get the photo up, and said I don’t know how the agent said it’s 58,000, the picture is very bad quality, but if you zoom in, it definitely looks like 56,000. He told me he would sort this out for me, and try and call me back today, although he couldn’t promise it. He actually rang me back within 20 mins. He had made the effort to go and get a clear readable photo of the mileage, and as I thought I was correct. Joel is a real asset to your company, who used his common sense, unlike the telephone agent, who’s attitude was disgraceful. I would like if at all possible for Joel to be given this feedback. Very efficient young man. It’s a shame there’s not more like him.
