Checked in portal as advised at claim when renewal due 5 months later in chat. Answered my questions in real time and await and email confirmation. Quick easy now closure to come subrogation process just Google can be 1 to 6 years ? A process still with the Teams support .Thank-you Melissa .

My claim is still ongoing, it appears that the staff you talk to let you hear what you want to hear so as you give them good feed back!!! When it’s difficult they don’t want to know that’s one of the reasons my claim is still ongoing.

Excellent service from user name TG2. Is was good to actually speak to a human being. She explained things to me, in a manner I could understand, and not with a load of insurance jargon, that I do t understand. People in online chats, don’t get that you don’t understand insurance jargon.
