Have been very helpful throughout claim so far but do feel you have to repeat information already supplied . When ringing back it’s not clear on automated message that you have correct department. Very polite and helpful .

Once you actually get to speak to an agent @TG2,SM1,NZ1 they are always very helpful and can almost resolve any scenario that arises. But the phone number you are given in a search, in it's opening message states the line is only for new claims which can be confusing. A clearer phone process please :)

AVOID ONE CALL CLAIMS AND ONE CALL INSURANCE. Lost my Claim against a Third Party and blamed Me ! Accident was April 2021, Hearing lost by One Call Claims 2023. The claim handling was an absolute Farce, an utter shambles. Witnesses, evidence and personal circumstances ignored. I was set up to lose.

The operative was the second I spoke to after the accident. I had already been waiting 2.5 hours as operative one had given the recovery service the wrong post code I was disappointed no manager was available
